Iloilo is often called the City of Love — the most livable city in the Philippines with a food culture second to none. La Paz batchoy, pancit molo, and exceptional fresh seafood define the local cuisine. Stunning Spanish colonial churches and elegant heritage architecture line the city. Guimaras Island, a 15-minute boat ride away, produces the sweetest mangoes on Earth and has pristine beaches.
