The Philippine Eagle Center is magnificent — seeing the world's largest eagle up close is awe-inspiring for children. Davao Crocodile Park's wildlife collection keeps kids engaged. Eden Nature Park's horseback riding, cable car, and farm animals are excellent for younger children.

Davao City is the most senior-friendly major city in Mindanao — well-organized with good taxis, modern malls, and a low crime rate. Eden Nature Park has cable car access. Philippine Eagle Center paths are mostly level. Davao has good private hospitals.
